Monday:
5:30-6:20 -Yoga Flow-The Study 
7:30-8:45- Prenatal Yoga- Every other Monday-Alchemy Yoga  

Friday:
5:15-6:15- Vinyasa flow-Alchemy Yoga 
6:30-7:45- Yin Yoga-Alchemy Yoga ​
